RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At White Wolf Shop we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.

 

We only offer a "Conditional Exchange" if you find the product faulty. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the workmanship, you must get back to us within 48 hours of receipt. After you generate a query, our Quality Assurance Department will investigate the issue and get back to you.

 

After reviewing the case, we may offer you an exchange for a product for equal or higher value. Moreover, customized orders or orders where a discount has been given are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback.
